How To Get The IRS To

Discount Your Tax Debt

I am excited to share with you my new e Book on IRS Debt Negotiation.  Most people are unaware of the numerous IRS programs available to compromise and settle tax debts.  This book is not based on any "pennies on the dollar" false promises, but discusses real IRS programs and provides step-by-step help for those with unpaid taxes.

No doubt, you have seen the countless TV commercials offering quick help for those with IRS problems.  The truth is that most of these companies will end up charging you thousands of dollars when you may very well be able to handle your IRS problems on your own, armed with the right information.

If you do decide to obtain professional representation there are much more economical ways to do so than by engaging a high priced attorney or a tax resolution service that advertises on national TV.  After you purchase your copy of my e book, you will be entitled to 90 days of unlimited consultations with me via e mail.  Based on your situation, I will advise you of methods to obtain representation with a local accountant in your area or access attorneys for less than $30 per month.

Having been a financial professional for more than 20 years now, I can tell you that there may be no greater single financial problem than owing money to the IRS.  The IRS has virtually unlimited collection abilities and is not encumbered by normal legal due process.  Unlike any other creditor that must first file a lawsuit, obtain a judgment, and then go through a time-consuming collection process, the IRS can simply take your money right from your bank account.  The IRS can also quickly move on to collecting money by garnishing your wages, as well.  There is really no limit to the tactics and methods the IRS can (and will) utilize in order to collect money from taxpayers.

Are you someone who owes a lot of money to the IRS but doesn’t possess the ability to pay your debt? The good news is that there are proven strategies that you can use to not only slow down the IRS collection process, but also negotiate your debt with the IRS to an amount that may ultimately prove to be a small fraction of the original obligation.  The information contained in this report will teach you the same methods and strategies used by attorneys and CPAs that charge thousands of dollars to assist taxpayers with such problems.

As a disclaimer, I want you to know that I am not suggesting that there is any virtue in avoiding your tax obligation.  I also want to make it clear that I am not a member or supporter of any of the various groups that suggest that the Federal Income Tax is illegal and should not be paid.  I pay my taxes and encourage you to do so as well.  The focus of this report is to assist those taxpayers who, for whatever reason, have fallen behind on their tax obligations and want to ethically resolve the situation.

We so often hear in the news of people who run afoul of the IRS because of their willful avoidance of tax obligations.  That said, there are many more people who find themselves in hot water with Uncle Sam as a result of the very common, very human kinds of issues that threaten each of us.  Tax problems may be the result of any number of such scenarios, including:

  • Divorce

  • Job Loss

  • Health Problems

  • Business Failure

The shocking truth is that the IRS is really not your enemy after all.  Sure, some of their tactics are not very friendly and would lead you to think otherwise.  They have one simple goal; to collect taxes.  If you are currently out of the tax system, they want you back (it almost sounds like the AT&T commercial doesn't it?).  This is why there are so many programs and options available for you to resolve your tax problem.  The IRS has also been the subject of recent legislative reform, including the Taxpayers Bill of Rights.  For every IRS problem there is a solution, so don't panic; read on, and most importantly identify a solution and implement it as soon as possible.  One thing is for certain: IRS problems only compound over time.

How The IRS Finds Your Assets

Hiding from the IRS may be as close to "Mission Impossible" as you can get.  The IRS has amazing and seemingly endless means and methods by which to find you and collect money.  The IRS is linked to virtually every government computer system nationwide.  No matter where you go or what you do, the Service has the ability to track you down.  While some people who are especially good at living like “ghosts” may prompt the IRS to resort to more covert methods of locating taxpayers, the reality is that the IRS will normally find who and what they need through more traditional methods.  The reality is that it is not feasible for most people…those who want to live relatively normal lives, anyway…to hide out to such a degree that it becomes difficult for the IRS to locate them.  If you are like most Americans, you receive a W-2 or 1099 each year from your employers or from contract work you have performed.  The IRS also receives copies of these same documents.  Virtually any person or corporation that pays you more than a very small sum in a given year must report this compensation payment to the IRS.  Even if you try to be “clever” about your financial circumstances, you would have to get others to agree to assist you in hiding your income from the IRS.  This won't likely happen, since most people will not be willing to risk jail to keep your secrets.

Even if you are slick enough to avoid the IRS for a period of time, the likelihood is that the Service will eventually catch up with you, and the consequences will be far more severe than if you had simply chosen to deal with your problems before they snowballed out of control entirely.

As with all of my e Books, you will receive an e mail within a few hours with the entire
